Eagle County real estate transactions remain strong
Eagle County real estate remains strong with 120 transactions in March, 18% higher than March of 2012. Total dollar volume is approximately the same as last March at $90 million creating an overall average sales price of $754,206.
Through the first quarter of 2013, transactions are up 18% and dollar volume is down 14% over the same time period of 2012.
Bank sales were up to 18 transactions in March, from 12 transactions in February, bringing the total number of bank sales to 50 through the first quarter of 2013.
Here’s a quick snapshot on how overall Eagle County values are fairing through the 1st quarter of 2013 compared to all of 2012 figures:
Single Family Homes: -6%
Multi Family Homes: +23%
Vacant Land: -25%
